Paul Shabajee
Paul Shabajee is a Research Fellow based in the Web Futures Group at the Institute for Learning and Research Technology, at the University of Bristol and a member of the Semantic Web and Adaptive Systems Department at HP Labs, Bristol.
Since leaving teaching and youth and community work in 1996 he has been researching in to the effective design and use of new and evolving technologies in learning and community contexts. He has wide-ranging research interests at the interface between learning, community, information and technology. These include, what might broadly be called, social software such as blogs, wikis, and other web-based collaborative environments.
He is currently working on projects that explore the use of semantic web (and related) technologies to integrate information from across multiple sources to support educational, community and business applications.
