Full paper, Illustration
& Biography Submission Form

Deadline for the submission of full paper: 30th July 2010.

Once your abstract has been approved by the Review Committee, you will be supplied with a password enabling you to upload the full paper, illustration and your biography using the form below.

Approval of abstracts should occur during May.

Please make sure you have read the relevant Full Paper Submission Guidelines (Word Doc) and the Copyright agreement (Word Doc).

Upload Paper


Give your file a name which includes your Family name and initial, e.g. bloggsj.doc

Upload Illustration File

Illustrations should be supplied in top quality .jpg format at 300dpi minimum size, in proportion, 100mm in either direction.

Tiff files are also accepted with the same resolution and size. Files size must not exceed 4mb. Line art scans should be set to 1200dpi.

The images should be uploaded separately and their position indicated in the text of the paper with an appropriate number and caption in 9 point italic.

Images should be given file names which include your Family name and initial as follows: bloggsj1.jpg corresponding to the number in the text and including the file extension.

Upload Biography




The submission must be accompanied by a short (50 word) biography of the author(s) uploaded separately, also in Microsoft Word or Rich Text Format (not Acrobat .pdf).
